​The innovative educational resource which I want to share with you is in regard to that which drives instruction.  Yes, I am referring to assessment; and the cloud-based tool that I have come to appreciate is

I am no longer a classroom teacher; however, my career trajectory, in union with my wife's support and hopefully our children's future talents, is to harness dynamic and diverse resources for the purpose of creating and marketing a broad range of educational resources.  Undoubtedly, ClassMarker is a powerful resource in my toolbox in regard to achieving the aforementioned.  Also, I have a challenge for my EDU 709 classmates in connection with this innovative resource (I will present this challenge as a separate post).

​Finally, I have created a short video to correspond with this post, so please take a minute or so to learn more about all that ClassMarker has to offer.  The video is just below this post:

EDU 709 Challenge:
Please take the assessment below through ClassMarker.  The first EDU 709 classmate of mine to send me a screenshot of the quiz results (showing 100%) will have a unique opportunity from me to their students.  Before explaining, please understand that you are only allowed two attempts when taking the quiz.

​I will record a song for your students.  The song will be about them and I will be performing it for them in a video while sitting at the piano and singing.  The lyrics will be customized according to their grade level, school and so on.  The purpose would be for my classmate who gets this song recorded for their students to be able to share the concise video as an activator and/or reward.  The students could be told something like: "This guy is/was a classmate of mine through CMU and he recorded this for me to share with you."  So, do well on the following quiz and I look forward to seeing who will be the first classmate to send me their results to: [email protected]:
